A really good kitchen exhaust system.&lt;br /&gt;

Barring that, you can cook fish in ways other than frying, such as en pappiotte, in soups or stews, baked or steamed.</description>

I am trying to eat more fish after learning that both my husband and I have serious heart disease histories in our families.  So once I figure out which fish to buy and I cook it, how can I get the fishy smell out of my house?</description>
