i'm trying to click on the link from the "how-to-make-kesong-puti" recipe of San Migue, Bulacan, but i can't simply find it. My internet explorer says that the URL is not found. How is that? And is there any other site that could tell me how to produce kesong puti without the "rennet" thing? i'm just doing this for a project. Thanks.

talking about cheese, are there any cheese aficionados here? particularly anyone who makes their own cheese from scratch using vinegar? i'm curious about making cheese using specialty vinegars like balsamic or herbed ones. how would it affect the end result?
