					<description>Ooooo, thank you for this great post.  I was just about to give up on trying to find a good butter churn and you came along and reminded me about using my stand mixer.  DUH!  I knew that all along.  

And, thanks for sharing the whole process with us.  I can't wait to make some good old fashioned sweet butter and bake something wonderful with it.</description>

					<description>Wonderful instructions, Cheryl!  Thanks so much for this.  I tried to make butter in the mixer about a year ago and was never really sure I was doing it right (and made a huge mess).  What little direction I found on the Net was not much help.  Now I'll have to try again!  
(Oh boy, I hope I can find again the source for the cream I used.  It was unpasteurized, thick, thick, yellow cream -- you could just about spread it like butter.)</description>
